First of all thank you for your interest. We appreciate that you are taking the time to give CrossFit Breaking Boundaries the opportunity to be your CrossFit gym. Whether you are new to CrossFit, visiting or transferring from another CrossFit gym, we want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one.
The First Step
The first step to starting at CrossFit Breaking Boundaries is scheduling a free “Intro Session”. The intro is a one hour and 15-minute session with a CFBB Coach that gives you a chance to learn a lot more about our program and truly experience a CrossFit workout at CrossFit Breaking Boundaries. Its purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, current fitness level, and experience. The “Intro Session” is mandatory, by appointment only and can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
